Infrastructure component specialist Pandrol will be highlighting its four core specialisms at InnoTrans 2018: rail fastenings, aluminothermic welding, electrification, and equipment and control systems.
The company will also be hosting ‘ask the expert’ sessions, where its technical specialists will be running short seminars on topical issues relating to rail infrastructure. Pandrol will also be displaying an interactive screen on its stand, which will showcase projects from around the world.
Among the seminar topics being addressed over the week are ‘innovation in weld traceability’, which focuses on Pandrol Connect, a mobile app for aluminothermic welding which enables live data capture, saves time and improves traceability; ‘making sense of the data’, which addresses data processing with the company’s smart monitoring systems; and ‘emission-free maintenance’, where delegates can discover what Pandrol is doing to drive the development of sustainable rail track tool technology.
‘We have already had interest from delegates who would like to attend our seminars and are looking forward to welcoming many more during the show’, says Lucie Richardson, Marketing & Communications Director at Pandrol. ‘We will be covering some very topical issues, all of which will be based around helping clients on a global basis to meet their rail infrastructure challenges.’
