For over 18 months, Railtrain workers have stood strong and united in the face of management’s desperate attempts to keep undercutting your pay and conditions.
As one employee said: “Railtrain will do or say anything to make money. They don’t care about treating people fair. They have a take it or leave it attitude.”
We know this has not been easy for you. For example, we have heard reports of management threatening to cut people’s shifts if they question decisions and stand up for their rights.
If you or anyone you know has been threatened or intimidated, please let us know.We cannot let management’s bullying tactics win. The only way to stand up to management’s threats is to stand united as one.
Australian rail workers have been standing together to fight for their rights since 1861. We will not back down, no matter what Railtrain throws at us.
