The Southampton & District Transport Heritage Trust recently held a weekend of events to celebrate a number of Transport related anniversaries pertaining to the City.
The Saturday event was based in Southampton City Centre as part of the Heritage Open Days, where free buses ran to SS Shieldhall, the Tram Workshop and the Bitterne Local History Society.
The Sunday event was based at the Bursledon Brickworks Museum, home of S&DTHT where the four remaining Southampton Guy Arabs were on display plus visiting buses of the same type. There were also a number of free bus links to local landmarks.
