A man at the centre of a Sydney train masturbation investigation is believed to have struck again — this time allegedly involved in an indecent act in a Hornsby street.
On March 1, Police released a CCTV image of a man they say may be able to help with investigations into an alleged incident on a train last year.
Police said a man allegedly committed an act of indecency — masturbating on a train — while travelling between Green Square and Wolli Creek on November 23.
“Shortly after, the man moved to an upstairs carriage and sat next to a woman who appeared to be asleep, before he committed an act of indecency which was witnessed by another commuter,” a NSW Police spokesman said following the release of the CCTV image.
“The alleged incident was reported to officers from the Police Transport Command, who commenced an investigation.”
On Sunday night, a Hornsby woman claimed she and her husband witnessed a man masturbating as he followed them from a Burdett St property.
In a community group Facebook post following the incident, the woman identified the man police believe is involved in the investigation.
