An empty trip working of grain hoppers from Tamworth to Werris Creek in New South Wales, digs into the grade just south of Currabubula during August 1991.
The locomotive is a 48 class ALCo DL531 branchliner built locally under licence by A E Goodwin and sporting the special Bi-centennial (1988) livery carried by a number of locos in NSW.
