On the isolated narrow gauge rail line to Wilmington, on 26 December 1986, Australian National's NT67/NT76 wait to depart Melrose with a loaded grain train for Gladstone. The NTs were locally built by Tulloch Engineering in Sydney, New South Wales but were powered by a Sulzer 6LDA 28C engine rated at 1300hp.
