I posted a similar shot a few months ago, but this was taken a couple of months after that image and shows the entire Silverton fleet at the time - four ALCo of the DL531 export model built under licence by AE Goodwin in Sydney.
The Wikipedia page on Silverton is worth reading en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silverton_Tramway but by this time it was a small family owned business operating on standard gauge at Broken Hill - and also operating a road transport business.
In the mid 1990s it sought to expand its sphere of operations and acquired more second-hand ALCos, but ultimately was absorbed by other players.
