Miscellaneous VIC sightings

  wolfpac Minister for Railways

Location: Over here...
The usual Sprinter/A Class cross didn't happen this morning at Melton with the 0757hrs Up.

Looked like a slow trip to Rockbank for the A with the next signals out of Melton at yellow over red.

Cheezy A66 lead the 0757hrs (slowly!) with a grey H Set with a blue PH van on the rear.

Today's Portlink from Griffith and some points in-between had 3 NR's on the front.  This train is really starting to become very large.  Rumour is PN want to puot a second train on but cannot get space in the Port of Melbourne.

I've heard rumours that 4CM3 is currently experiencing issues north of Seymour. I think I saw two light locos heading through Seymour earlier. One a Ghan liveried Loco. Maybe rescue locos??

Last night there were two Sprinters in the yard, one was a freshly overhauled unit from SSR.

I guess they returned to Melbourne this morning as they were not in the yard this afternoon.
