I can advise that NONE of the big players (Traino, Autrains, Eureka, Auscision) have made the trip across the desert to WA.
The only presence in WA has been Powerline (thru the Trainworld display) for the last 5 years, Anton made the trip across about 6 years ago.
Its a little sad that the major's don't make the effort, as WA continue's have a strong US and Pommie following, with no one pushing Australian Prototype other than the local Sn3.5 guys, joe public is more that likely to follow what is available.
I know of a least 40 Aussie modellers that attend the Perth Show each year, that would love to see more Aussie presence in the west. We continualy get asked at the show where can I buy "that loco", when advised you have to order off the net, they seem to be upset that they can't get them at the show.
With the crows being very large in Perth (25K) in 2012 and (17K) in 2013, the potential for sales would be quiet high for the major's.
