weekend in review began with solo 8174 and 4621N running a section behind NT33, NR83 NR67 were next through with 6MB2. Sunday began with 7wb3 behind NR75 NR21 9313, they crossed 1BM2 waiting in the loop at Coramba, 1BM2 had NR83 NR67 NR6. Next through was 7MB7 behind LDP004 LDP? LDP? rounding out the day was NR91 NR55 NR99 with the late running 6ab6.
The weekend in review, began saturday with 6M43N and 8180 at Coramba, following soon after was 6007 and 6448N with an empty Aurizon hopper transfer. 8124 with a full yellow covered roof guided 8179 and 4621n through. Next to be seen was 6MB? at Macksville crossing the Nambucca River sorry no unit numbers. Rounding out the day was NT31 seen streaking across the Nambucca River and NT34 streaking into Macksville.
Sunday began with 6M42N behind 8180 it was followed by NR121 and NR21 on the early running 1BM2, 7WB3 was next to appear behind NR66 NR82 NR118. Though sighted no picture due to camera error the last train of the day was 6AB6 seen behind NR91 and NR55.
Also included are shots of the old turntable pit at Raleigh the concrete ends and location, and a shot in the dark of the Nambucca River bridge.
The weekend began with the early arrival of the all PN liveried 4621N appearing behind 8124 48103 it was followed by the late running 6MB2 which rolled through behind NR31 and NR71. Sunday began with the early running 7WB3 behind NR113 NR77 and NR75, they were followed by the late running 1BM2, net through was LDP002 and LDP004 with the late running 7MB7. Round out the day and the weekend was the late running 6AB6 behind NR94 and NR86.
two sighting one from last night one from this morning. Last night saw the late running 4WB3 run through Coffs Harbour behind NR53 NR94 NR86. This mornign the late running 5BW4 was sighted running through Coffs Harbour behind 9312 and 9303.
Sightings from last night and today, First up a graffiti covered NT34 arrived in Coffs behind Xp2007 also covered in graffti. They were followed by NR1 and NR114 on 1BM4 being run due to shutdown further south over the weekend. Rounding out the sightings were NR82 NR118 NR45 on 2SB1.
after some much needed time away to clear my head, i have returned to the North Coast.
First sightings was 8170 and 48164 on 4621N sighted arriving Coffs Harbour with an all cement consist. it was sighted leaving Coffs Harbour a section behind the NT33. 48164 Would swap with 48123 as Grafton Shunter. NExt through was 6MB2 behind NR103 and NR69. Sunday began with the arrival of the early running 1BM2 behind NR92, it was followed by the early running 7WB3 which arrived behind 9317 9314 9312, included in the consist were three sets of transfer bogies and several sugar wagons. it was seen at Coffs Harbour Parkers Road Kungala and Just north of Grafton. Sitting in Grafton yard was 48164 yard shunter and 8135 curently working concrete sleeper train shuttles between Koolkhan and Grafton. Next through and also running early was NR68 and NR7 on 6AB6. rounding out the day was the late running 7MB7 which rolled through Coffs Harbour station behind LDP001 AND 6008.
Yesterdays sightings began with NR111 and 9317 with 3BM2, they were followed by 8165 on 6M21N, the afternoon saw the arrival of the late running NR66 9312 9314 and the late running 2WB3, the early running 2MB4 behind NR106 NR85 NR84 rounded out the day.
Today began with NR107 NR63 on the late running 3WB3 they were followed by the late running NR19 running solo on 3MB2.
Sunday began with 6M45N rolling through Coffs Harbour behind 8135, 1BM2 was next through being put away at Bonville loop where it crossed 7WB3 behind NR19 9316 9309 and 8112. Next through was LDP007 LDP002 with 7mb7 the weekend rounded out with NR53 NR109 and NR40 with 6ab6.
Three sightings today, the first being 8167 on NK82, sorry no pic due to both me and train arriving at the same spot at the same time. Next through was NR46 NR109 on 3BM2 seen crossing Boambee Creek near Sawtell, rounding out the day was NR104 NR17 NR57 on 2WB3.
