Tomorrow doesn't sound like it will be much, just a treasure hunt, and exploring tunnels.

Is that all it is tomorrow?

They could have included these few "events" in the "Great" Train Expo.

Does it include the experience of relieving drivers who leave the cab a pigstye, seeing the pile of TSR's under the clip from 3 months ago and the joy of dealing with RMC?
Or does the guard experience include the complimentary swearing passenger, the malfunctioning PA or telling kids not to hold the doors open over and over again?

EDIT:

TSR- Train status report, defect notices if you will
RMC- Rail Management Centre. The big fancy building with the whole network on the wall.

Location: Mundrabilla but I'd rather be in Narvik
Nothing will happen in Melbourne?

A google search pulled up results straight away, just typed in rail safety week.

As a supplementary, I was not aware of this track safe foundation. Learn something new everyday.

Many thanks seb2351. Much appreciated.

I reckoned that I knew TSR but had no idea re RMC.

Either way I would have been 100% wrong as I took TSR to be 'Temporary Speed Restriction'.
I assume that 'Rail Management Centre' is what us simple old blokes would have known as Train Control, perhaps ??

The RMC is a collective term given to the people assembled here. This where the person sits when you call for mechanical help, this is where the "crew optimiser" works as well as people from the security branch etc etc
I would assume you have train controllers here as well, but in terms of what you mean as a true controller the better place to reflect that is ARTC's Adelaide centre.
RMC is more about bringing everyone together under one roof.
