All intercity stations are to get the orange signs and orange T with the white border as the NSW Trainlink colour and sign has been scrapped.
But the NSW Trainlink colour IS Orange and as far as I know always has been...
Sydney Trains colour is a Light Ochre shade (at least, that's what is on the Waratah cabs).
So has Sydney Trains colour been scrapped in favour of NSW Trainlink.....?
Goulburn has been done and looks quite good.
The whole station was repainted and slightly different colours were used for the wood and iron former refreshment room on platform 1.
The signs are quite good and those on the platform have a "heritage" appearance.
The nameboards are the old Countrylink ones with the little box on top removed and have the name in white on orange in upper and lower case, unlike the Countrylink lettering.
All the blue seats have been replaced with stained wood and aluminium framed seats.
It must have cost a fortune but it looks good.
They used to fly a "Countrylink" flag but they don't have a NSW Trainlink flag yet.
