The Railpage system is becoming increasingly slower and harder to get online.
JoppaJunction

Sometimes it runs at snail's pace (like when I hit reply to JJ's post), other times it's blindingly fast. Lately I always get the outage page when I first go to RP, then I refresh and get the home page.

As JJ said, is there anything that we can do to assist?

I have the same experiences. Would be happy to donate again.

The site is great but is up and down like a yoyo.

Capacity issues ?

There are new announcements in the developer section.  New hardware and software may not be as a far away as you might think.

Most of day I receive no log on joy on Chrome but now posting on MS IE without any problems while Chrome still says while I write this on IE ...Automated outage to alleviate high server load, service will be returned when server load falls below outage threshold.

Either of you tried to clear your cache? Ctrl+F5. If that doesn't work, that makes it a bug.

We have issues with our production server being at capacity. I'm seeing what can be done about re-allocating resources to a different server.

Cleared cache before my post and it made no difference. Glad to see it back via Chrome.

Manually cleared all caches before my post via MS IE yesterday and it made no difference. Glad to see it back via Chrome.

Railpage was unavailable for most of the weekend.  Seems there are significant capacity issues but according to the developer group this is being addressed.

No complaints as we all know you guys are doing your best.  It can;t be cheap to keep this monster running.
