Crossing come in 2 forms, one for pedestrian and the other is Road traffic.
I was counting on my Fingers and I dont think there are either form of crossing between Parramatta and Penrith.
You mostly go over the line between the 2 but there are probably an underpass or 2.
From Penrith west on the Mountains, there is or was a pedestrian crossing half way between Springwood and Faulconbride with a road crossing just before Faulconbridge.
Is there a Pedestrian crossing on the West end of Linden or is that unofficial?
The next I think is a pedestrian access on the Sydney end of Medlow Bath followed by the road crossing at Blackheath.
Bell and Zig Zag both have pedestrian crossings.
Over the years, the pedestrian crossings went from just a gated signposted crossing to being fitted with Bells,Booms and lights.
Before they put the underpass in at Emu Plains I think it had a pedestrian crossing but I cant remember whats there now.
From Lithgow to Parkes is a mixture of bridges, underpasses and Level crossings, mostly depending on the landscape but at one time, there was a bridge between Borenore and Parkes that was the LAST over the line from there to Perth !!!!
Over the years bridges have been built over the line but they are all designed to allow Trains with high loads to pass under.
