Anyone seen info on this?
Happy days if it happens.

PS, that should be Rylestone on the Mudgee line.
Now we need a Timetable if those dates posted by LoundesJ1515 are correct.https://www.nswrailmuseum.com.au/great-western-steam
To watch W44 coming up the 'Rydal Bank' around 6pm with a load of ore from the west is a great memory I would love to refresh.........
LowndesJ515, I have taken note of the times given and I am looking eagerly forward to seeing 6029.You should at least take one trip on the train. Relive some memories. Give back to the Heritage scene that allows you to marvel at such a scene on the Sunday night. Your trip as a passenger goes back into the upkeep of locomotive 6029 to allow it to keep travelling around the state.
I am not that fussed about taking a trip as I 'rode the Footplate' as a Jnr sneaking a ride home from Katoomba to Mt Victoria circa 1959 when Steam engines ran LE returning from the workshops and later as a SWSA when I was the Pilotman during SLW between Tarana-Sodwalls-Rydal during the start of using Welded rail.
I will be aiming to watch it pass on the Sunday night after leaving Bathurst and returning to Lithgow.
