The brother of one of these girls infecting QLD is a flog, if he thinks people are going to buy into “they’re vilified because of their race” or whatever lame crap he’s peddling.

They are targeted because their deeds make them a
F-/ktard. The girls race is an irrelevant factor in their deed bequeathing them said title.

If he’d like to progress the argument by suggesting the girls race has predisposed them to their behaviour and the handbag stealing syndicate they’re supposedly in, them I’m sure a great many people (law included) would be very interested in hearing. But I doubt as much.

The flog would be best off focusing his concerns around why a family member has brought the spotlight upon them.

Race my smeg!!
Let’s see Karen from Brighton, or Bunnings, or Warrandyte play the “white middle aged woman being discriminated against”, because of her race.......

Being a Covid F-/ktard clearly transcends race.

I bet Wuhan hasn’t got this problem because over there;
1- they’re culturally accustomed to wearing masks, and
2- when the government says your doing something to comply, your fricken doing it or else.

All remaining residents of the St Basil's nursing home in Melbourne's north are being evacuated after a temporary "surge'' staff brought in by the federal government to manage the aged care facility became infected with the virus.

And what of the two adult criminals who bought the virus into Queensland?

Coronavirus Queensland:

Olivia Muranga’s brother defends border chaos teens The brother of a women at the centre of the Queensland outbreak has hit out at double standards, saying she was targeted because of race.

So they are being targeted as criminals because a=they are Sudanese and linked to the crime syndicates.  Please.
I thought they were knocking off high end hand bags in Sydney and Melbourne. Sounds fairly criminal. But a storm in a teacup compared to the 627 new cases in Victoria. Do I hear stage 4 coming on?
OK so they want/claim to be Sudanese - deport them!
Yes indeed but the brother of one of the criminals is now playing the race card stating the only reason they are being hounded is because they are Sudanese.

130 people not at home after testing positive, selfish people lock em up fine them big bucks
This is the problem
Andrews is right to appropriate blame
Name and shame these fools
doyle
And isn't that 130 out just the people visited yesterday?

Apptly that was almost one third of the total of visits conducted that day.......

There are currently 5385 active cases so do the math.......
  doyle Deputy Commissioner

As of yesterday 312 active cases in melton lga

My children are telling me that they know people that have covid, kids in their early 20's

Eldest daughter works in child care story is that flat mate of co worker has covid but co worker is still at work why?  and parent of child tested positive yesterday and came and picked up her child and left probably shopping
But childcare centre was not closed or faux deep cleaned

My youngest daughter also in childcare near spotswood tells me similar stories no deep cleaning and staff members get sent home no deep cleaning

Both my kids and co workers want their work places to shut down, it has been extremely stressful for both of them to be continuing working though this pandemic they are fearful and tearful I so worried about their mental health

A Nurse doing immunisation work for Melton council has tested positive and  is asystematic

If we hard lock down now the bug won't spread it will die if it doesn't find a new host the bloody thing won't live
seems simple enough right!

These daily numbers have a slow trajectory upwards

Perception my a r s e

Sydney needs to go to stage 3 now at least
Why hasn't Sydney gone mandatory masks yet

If this takes off and we lose control of this virus
then the precious economy will be well and truly effed

627 today not really going down is it
In fact, it's a drop of around 13%.

If your superannuation account balance went down by a similar amount in 24 hours, you would think it was a massive drop.

Perspective.
If your superannuation went up by more than 36,000% from early June to late July you’d likely not be too concerned if came by an amount that is effectively a rounding error in accounting.

Further, I think the current wild spread in Victoria is still higher than 1/3 of a person per person, so if my dollars in superannuation had the chance to convert 1/3 of every other dollar they were in the proximity of to being my dollars then I wouldn’t even notice a 13% drop.

You’re right, perspective is important, and right now my perspective is that you have no idea what exponential functions look like, or why small changes in along the way are meaningless in relation to where the chart is going.

Some of the memes which I won’t post here have been brutal.
I saw a picture in the Daily Mail or some such of the same girl on the right of the original photo, and fair dinkum  I thought it was an add for that TV show Botched or what ever it'scalled.

Yeah I am not usually one to go making comments on people’s appearance, but remember they paid, probably big money to look like that.

I was quite annoyed at the idea that someone like Adam Goodes would get called monkey or similar, but those girls, I really just cannot be polite about it, it really does look as though they’ve had the southern end of a north bound baboon grafted to their face. I just don’t understand why they would have chosen that look for themselves, they were probably prettier BEFORE they went to see their doctor/surgeon.

Well clearly they can skip borders faster than those lips can get a golf ball through a garden hose.

Yes, we should be offended, 1 in 4 who should be home clearly don’t give a ....!

The whole premise behind being a compliant person obeying laws/directives, is supported by a desire to the right thing, AND, knowing there’s consequences for those not doing so.

So the more we see proof many aren’t, what hope does that leave going forward??

Well I guess people in Victoria (Melbourne in particular) are really fatigued from the whole thing and are sick of it - one in four people not obeying the rules is a huge amount and enough to keep the virus ticking over.

I have friends in Yarraville and they assure me that there's lots of people around them in their neighborhood not doing the right thing - not wearing masks (not that this is a panacea anyway), traveling across Melbourne and meeting in groups with friends or family members. How do you stop this behavior - constant real-time surveillance like they do in Taiwan?

I go back to the point I made a few pages back that shutting the economy down every time there's any outbreak is not going to be sustainable in the longer term - especially considering its highly unlikely they'll ever have a vaccine for it given there's never been one developed successfully for any variety of COVID.

At the moment we're just hiding from it but in the coming years that simply might not be economically or socially achievable - what then? They've already spent (at state and federal levels) some $200,000,000,000 to try and contain this thing - what if it turns out it was all a waste of time and money?
