Weren't any lessons realised from the V/Line issues they have been having?

It must be spreading via the depot interactions and if so then it could be managed.

Today the same happened to Brunswick routes.  They left Moreland Rd. passengers with the half-hourly route 510 bus instead of operating a "Tango".
