There were 79 sightings for this week, which is 9 sightings less than last week. Making a total of 1865 sightings for this year to date. On day 169 last year we had seen 1962 sightings, this is 97 sightings less than at the same time last year.
We saw 9 sightings on the Broad Gauge which is 6 sightings less than last week. This total included 6 x PN Grain trains and 1 x SSR Grain train. Total B/G trains for this year are 258 (At the same time last year we had seen 259 x B/G trains, this is 1 less than last year.) Total B/G grain trains for this year are 203 (At the same time last year we had seen 178 grain trains on the B/G) This is 25 sightings more than at the same time last year.
We saw 70 sightings on the Standard Gauge which is 3 sightings less than last week.
This total included 1 x PN Grain train, and 0 x SSR Grain trains. Total S/G trains for this year are 1607. (At the same time last year, we had seen 1703 S/G trains, this is 96 sightings less than last year. Total S/G grain trains for this year are 192. (At the same time last year, we had seen 214 grain trains on the S/G). This is 22 grain sightings less than at the same time last year.
Total grain trains for this year are 395, this is 3 more than at the same time last year.
