There's more then that! There is about 7 in the wagon shop alone. Also they will maintain there own locos but there all still under warranty and unless they stop smeg up will be for awhile

All three wagons at Bis in bell bay have gone to the railway in the sky

The points where removed as they are rare as rocking horse smeg and may make there way too Burnie but the lights really are a shame

It's now been a month since this post was started we have seen the withdrawal/storage of the last ZB after 27 years of service to Tassie and 14 to Queensland.

This might not be that unusual but on Friday the log train nearly reversed across Henry street, would of thought they would turn the locos on the junction/wye not the whole train!

ZB 2123 shunted East Tamar yard today but was then parked in showgrounds road,along with the other EE's. This may well of been it's last non preserved movement.

Yes, of course! How could I have forgotten the MKAs! Ex ZC / ex QR 1300. So that makes 2123 the last original QR EE in service.........

It appears that the last ZB's (5/2123) time has come. This is the last ex QR loco in service after 26 years. This leaves only Z1&2 and Y5 in the AN yellow and probably the Y won't last much longer.

10,000!? That's pushing it scrap is worthless at the moment to transport them anywhere will blow the cost out but so far tasrail is doing a good job so far with preserving stuff. At least 1 of every c ...

I don't think there is much compatible, I think they are simply clapped out they have smelt like burning oil every time I've seen them.

I heard them at agfest going though oaks, I'm at the other side of the site AND surrounded by old engines!

And for that price, it can stay there
