You do realise that any alterations to rail infrastructure is undertaken to certain standards? You do understand that is inspected to ensure that it is within appropriate specifications?

Why? I was on C508 on Monday, and it was as interesting as any other loco we maintain. Didn't keep me awake with priapic excitement on Monday night though!
