On petrol, I was in the USA in late 2009 and filling up I saw the unleaded fuels at the bowser were 87, 89 and 91 octane!  I think there may have been a premium pump there with about 95 octane as well ...

I don't think anyone is right but as Jatz Crackers hasn't been here since 19 March this one may grind to a halt unless he gets back soon.
