The railway station is closed to passengers, being a siding on the Western standard gauge line between Melbourne and Adelaide. Inverleigh is 104 kilometres (65 mi) from Melbourne by rail.
Through this location you will see grain, intermodal, steel and interstate passenger services namely the Overland.
Open with very little cover. The old railway station is barely a platform with an ageing structure.
Access from Melbourne and Geelong via the Hamilton Highway.
Plenty as the railway station is no longer used. Plenty of land.
The railway station is located in the town of inverleigh. Food and Beverages are available.
