A company strongly linked to North-West tycoon Dale Elphinstone has agreed to sell its remaining rental rail wagon fleet for about $3.8 million.
Melbourne-headquartered industrial engineering services group Engenco Limited said the money would be reinvested to support the company's continued growth.
About two thirds of the rental wagons were sold in 2018-19.
"We are pleased to have finalised the sale of our entire rail wagon rental fleet, which were not core to our customer-centric service and maintenance model," managing director and chief executive Kevin Pallas said.
Burnie-based Mr Elphinstone is a former chairman of Engenco and remains a director.
