Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s operations and maintenance department has deployed a customised data analytics and decision support platform developed by RailcarRx to help improve its asset lifecycle management processes.
This has reduced the processing time required for critical data, enhancing the operator’s ability to make informed decisions regarding component lifecycles.
‘The RailcarRx analytics team continues to work with our rail industry clients crafting unique solutions to help them more efficiently manage essential operational processes’, said Priyanka Dutt, Business Development Manager at the specialist rail industry software developer. ‘We appreciate the opportunity to support the MBTA and recognise that the success of this project was a group effort with the active participation of all stakeholders.’
