Statement from Ixion Model Railways Ltd
In light of the latest round of restrictions being rolled out in New South Wales and Victoria and with the Government’s health advice being to limit gatherings taking place indoors, the branch management committees have determined in the interest of health and safety to temporarily suspend activities at both the Mortdale and Glen Iris Clubrooms.
Until further notice, any activity planned to take place at the clubs will not be going ahead.
The committees have made arrangement to check on the wellbeing of our clubrooms during these troubled times. It’s a regrettable decision we have taken with our highest priority being the safety and well being of all. Rest assured this is only a temporary situation and our normal calendar of events will resume as soon as we can do so safely.
