The Keighley and Worth Valley Railway has confirmed two visiting steam locomotives for its Spring Steam Gala.
Taking place over the weekend of 11th – 13th March 2022, the Spring Steam Gala makes a return for 2022 and will feature an action packed weekend of steam with goods trains and unique double headed trains.
GWR Pannier 7714 and LMS Royal Scot No. 46100 Royal Scot will be visiting for the Spring Steam Gala thanks to the Severn Valley Railway / SVR Pannier Tank Trust as well as Locomotive Services Group respectively.
46100 Royal Scot and 7714 will join LMS Jubilee 45596 Bahamas, LMS Black 5 No. 45212, L&Y No. 957, Taff Vale 85, BR Standard Class 2 No. 78022, LMS Ivatt 2 No. 41241 and the Grafton Steam Crane throughout the gala.
Tickets for the gala go on sale on Monday 24th January 2022 over on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway website.
