We’re completing maintenance and infrastructure upgrades along the Gippsland Line. Coaches will replace trains between Southern Cross, Traralgon and Bairnsdale from Friday 12 November to Sunday 21 November.

All Gippsland Line services will be replaced by coaches between Southern Cross, Traralgon and Bairnsdale.

Due to construction work at Flinders Street Station, V/Line coaches will not drop off or pick up passengers at Flinders Street Station from 7pm. Coaches will only arrive and depart from Southern Cross Station.

Please allow an additional 60 minutes’ travel time for your journey.

[ul][li]There is limited space for bikes on V/Line trains and coach replacement services.[/li][li]No pets or hot food allowed on replacement coaches.[/li][li]Customers require a valid myki or paper ticket to travel on all V/Line replacement coach services. Please touch on and touch off your myki to ensure you pay the correct fare.[/li][li]In Melbourne, coaches will arrive and depart from:[ul][li]The Southern Cross Station coach terminal located on Spencer Street, opposite Little Bourke Street;[/li][/ul][/li][li]Coaches will not stop at Flinders Street Station. Please take a metro service to Southern Cross Station.[/li][li]Coaches will not stop at Clayton Station. Customers should take a Metro service to and from Dandenong.[/li][li]Coaches do not stop at Richmond Station.
