Terminals for Eurostar passengers have been established in both the Amsterdam Central and Rotteredam Central stations, where tickets are inspected and security and passport checks are undertaken.
A treaty between Britain, France Belgium and the Netherlands permitting the service, which reduces travel times by an hour, was signed in July.
