HDR Global Transit Director Tom Waldron
“HDR has had the good fortune to collaborate with Wulf for over 25 years as he led planning, engineering and construction of a major transit system expansion for the Phoenix metropolitan area, first with the city of Phoenix and later with Valley Metro,” HDR Global Transit Director Tom Waldron said. “In that time, his guidance and insights have been invaluable as we’ve served as the agency’s planning support services consultant, supporting system expansion. Now that he has closed the chapter on an exemplary public-sector career, we are thrilled that he has joined HDR to benefit our clients across North America with his extensive knowledge of delivering transit programs.”
