Last week, the RailFreight Summit 2021 was held in Lodz, Poland. This week, we look back at the successful event. We show snippets of interesting speakers and discussions. We also visited the PCC terminal in Kutno. A report is shown in this broadcast.
This year’s edition of the RailFreight Summit Poland saw a record number of visitors. More than 250 people attended the industry event in Lodz, mostly physical but also online. The responses we have got are positive: people consider it the best Raifreight Summit so far.
In this week’s broadcast, we look back at the event. We selected snippets from interesting speakers and discussions. For example, we hear how the air and rail freight industries are planning to join hands in Lodz, or how the congestion in Malaszewicze is still one of the biggest challenges for Poland on the New Silk Road.
What is more, our team visited the PCC terminal in Kutno, 70km west of Lodz. We heard how the city of Kutno is gaining a position on the New Silk Road with a state-of-the-art terminal. The images speak for themselves.
