NEW DELHI, INDIA (Metro Rail News): As a major relief to Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has given its approval to fund Delhi Metro Phase-4 expansion. DMRC is facing financial crunches since the imposition of nationwide lockdown due to Covid-19 and the construction work on Phase-4 which was started.
