US-headquartered rail infrastructure and operational technology company LB Foster has announced two acquistions in the UK transport sector
Telford-based Skratch offers digital display design, proof of concept, hardware and software, logistics, installation, maintenance, content management and managed monitoring capabilities that LB Foster intends to leverage in the rail and adjacent retail markets. The companies have previously worked together on projects including a digital sign application using British Sign Language interpreters.
Intelligent Video Ltd in Leamington Spa develops surveillance, security, and safety systems, and has provided sub-contracting services for LB Foster’s remote condition monitoring and visual communications products.
