A teenager has been charged over the alleged stabbing of a 15-year-old girl during a brawl at a Sydney train station.
Emergency services were called to Merrylands Train Station at about 4pm on Tuesday following reports of a brawl.
It’s understood the fight involved two groups of teenage girls.
During the brawl, a 15-year-old girl was allegedly stabbed in the arm.
The teen was treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to the Children’s Hospital at Westmead in a stable condition.

The girls were questioned by police before being released.
Hours later, at 11.30pm, police arrested a 16-year-old girl at a home in Hoxton Park.
She was charged with wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and larceny.
The teen was refused bail and is set to appear in court on Wednesday.
