At Murray Bridge, South Australia, Goodwin/ALCo DL500B 960 is substituting for a failed steam locomotive on an Adelaide to Wanbi ARHS excursion in September 1986.
Smaller cousin DL531 no.843 is waiting to swap over and take the train on to Wanbi.
Murray Bridge station remains although the yard has been rationalised; though now unstaffed it continues to be served by just two trains a week in each direction!
